DESCRIPTIVE REPORT

For this home, the indoor furniture was designed along with an accord combination of colors and objects. The duplex unit was under construction at the time of the commission, so the design had to be in accordance with the preliminary project and the client’s requirements. Another key factor was to combine the new intervention with objects that the client already owned, such as armchairs, a table, and some chairs.
Then, we designed support furniture for the dining room, a TV cabinet, a low partition wall, a storage cabinet for the upstairs hallway, and the back of the bed in the main bedroom. All this was based on the functionality of each space. In conjunction with the aforementioned, color alternatives and additions were proposed, such as paintings, works of art, and decorative objects.
Both the aesthetics of the construction and the client’s requirements made us decide to opt for the combination of neutral colors in contrast with minimalist wood details.
