GULLE Arquitectos is the union of two brothers, Esteban and Tomas, who are also friends, have many dreams in common and, above all, share a taste for design.

After years of talking about founding our own studio, in January 2020 we decided to start making those talks a reality and created Gulle Arquitectos, with the main objective of creating realities, materializing dreams, and enjoying our passion for design.

Today we have more than 14 projects completed, works in progress, and projects ahead.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Argentina

2020 | Foundation of the architectural firm GULLE Arquitectos together with his partner and brother Tomás Gulle on January 14th. Design, planning, conduction, and management of projects of different scales. Currently in operation.

2019 | Interior design, planning, management, and administration of a 50 m² office for the Real Estate consultants office Rondinini Consultores Inmobiliarios in Cordoba City.

2018  | 

  • Collaboration with the architect Agustín Urtubey and Tomás Gulle in the development of the design, the project, the management, and the administration of an 80 m² house in Villa Allende City, Cordoba, Argentina. Currently under construction.
  • Collaboration with the architect Sebastian Quiroga in the development of the idea, the preliminary project, and the execution of the project of four duplex units (650 m² of the project) in Cordoba City.
  • Design, planning, conduction, and management of a partial remodeling of a 30 m² apartment for short-term rental in the downtown of Cordoba City.
  • Design, planning, conduction, and management of a remodeling of a 15 m2 administrative office in the downtown of Cordoba City.
  • Collaboration with the architect Fabian Goglio in the survey and update of the municipal plan of a 145 m² house in Cordoba City.
  • Collaboration with the architect Alejandro Soneira in the development of the municipal plan of a 950 m² car park building in Cordoba City.
  • Design, planning, conduction, and management of a complete remodeling of a 25 m² commercial premise in a pedestrian street of Cordoba City.

2017 |    

  • Design, planning, conduction, and management of a complete remodeling of a 35 m² apartment in the downtown of Cordoba City.
  • Collaboration with the architects Fabian Goglio and Tomás Gulle in the development of preliminary architectural and landscaping project for the Club House of “Estancia Q2” gated community in Mendiolaza City.
  • Collaboration with the architects Fabian Goglio and Tomás Gulle in the development of preliminary projects of ideas for duplex and housing typologies in Cordoba City.

2015 | Collaboration with the architect Alejandro Soneira in the architectural firm “BarellaSoneiraBarella” (BSB) in Cordoba City for a period of 2 months, developing the following activities: supervision and correction of technical documentation, and development of technical graphic pieces, design, and presentation of preliminary projects.

Italy

2011 | Collaboration with the architect Carlo Maria Capra in the development of several projects in 3D modeling, photomontages, and visualizations. Among these 3D modeling projects, there is a preliminary design of a building for a FERRARI Store.

2010 | Summer work internship (Stage di lavoro estivo) under the guidance of architect Oliviero Zappa during one month at SOLEA S.R.L. studio in Vedano al Lambro (MB) City, Italy.
