DESCRIPTIVE REPORT

In this opportunity, we got involved for the first time in Medicine, designing a plastic surgery and patient care office for Dr. Tomás Ferrer.

The main request was to create a space where the patient could be attended for controls and specific activities in rooms according to their particular case, leaving aside the surgical part.

For this purpose, the objective was to create a place that goes out of the medical code or language, with its own identity. The space has a main reception desk, a medical exam chair for interventions, a mirror for patient observation, a changing room for clients to leave their belongings and put on the appropriate clothing, and a space for general cleaning and storage. All the elements of this project were designed exclusively for this project, which is defined as a “total design”. In addition to this, the air conditioning system and the electrical installations were re-adapted, and the space for the sink was improved.
