It is an apartment with a good location, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living-dining room. The main challenge was to completely refurbish the kitchen and the bathroom, including electrical, air conditioning, gas, and sanitary installations. Since the amount of investment for the reformation was limited, no improvements in terms of equipment and interior design were included. When the design was made, several interventions were programmed, but they could not be carried out due to the clients\u2019 economic reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to achieve better functionality, due to the reduced dimensions of the bathroom, the bathroom sink would be placed in the corridor space, creating a sort of sink area between the entrance and the bedrooms, and a door would be added to separate this area from the entrance and living-dining room.
