Recycling of an apartment with a simple intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve the objective, we chose to improve the atmosphere by curing and painting walls and openings, in addition to improving the electrical installation and lighting system. After an initial study, it was decided that the most important focus of action would be to renovate the kitchen area completely. The latter is located in a central place of the apartment, therefore, it was necessary to highlight it. The main restriction that made us choose to differentiate it with a white color was the presence of a pre-existing white coating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, we were able to give a new character to the space with the use of dark colors in the different rooms in contrast to the white of the central space of the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reciclado de departamento con una intervenci\u00f3n simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Para lograr el objetivo se opt\u00f3 por mejorar la envolvente mediante curado y pintado de muros y aberturas, sumado a la mejora de la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y la iluminaci\u00f3n. Luego de un estudio inicial, se decidi\u00f3 que el foco de acci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante ser\u00eda el de renovar completamente el espacio de cocina. Este \u00faltimo se encuentra en un lugar central del departamento, por lo tanto, siendo una particularidad, era necesario destacarlo de alg\u00fan modo. El condicionante principal que nos hizo optar por diferenciarlo con un color blanco fue la presencia de un revestimiento de este color preexistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    De esta forma se logr\u00f3 brindarle un nuevo car\u00e1cter al espacio con el uso de colores oscuros en los distintos ambientes en contraste con el blanco del espacio central de la cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
