DESCRIPTIVE REPORT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Preliminary design of a housing complex, commonly defined as \u201chousing\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main idea was to create houses with the comforts of a typical duplex unit but taking that surface to a single floor, placing greater emphasis on green space and the convenience of not having stairs to access a second floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the approach, it was necessary to achieve different typologies and different materials, but without losing the characteristic of the whole. The main objective was to achieve diversity within this complex in order to avoid having identical dwellings. For this purpose, it was decided to propose 3 different typologies, where the external and internal courtyards serve to articulate the spaces, prioritizing the contact with the vegetation. These typologies are accompanied by four materialities for the facades, thus achieving a total of 12 different houses, mixing typologies and materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Dise\u00f1o de anteproyecto de conjunto de viviendas, definido com\u00fanmente como \u201chousing\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    La idea principal fue de generar viviendas con las comodidades de un t\u00edpico d\u00faplex, pero llevando esa superficie a una sola planta, poniendo mayor \u00e9nfasis en el espacio verde y la comodidad de no tener escaleras para acceder a un segundo piso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    En el planteo era necesario lograr distintas tipolog\u00edas y distintas materialidades, pero sin perder la caracter\u00edstica de conjunto. El objetivo principal fue lograr diversidad dentro de este conjunto para evitar que hubiesen viviendas id\u00e9nticas. Para ello se decidi\u00f3 plantear 3 tipolog\u00edas distintas, en donde los patios externos e internos sirven para articular los espacios, priorizando el contacto con la vegetaci\u00f3n. Estas tipolog\u00edas est\u00e1n acompa\u00f1adas con 4 materialidades para las fachadas, por lo tanto se logra un total de 12 casas distintas las unas de las otras, mixturando tipolog\u00edas y materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
