DESCRIPTIVE REPORT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto consisti\u00f3 en renovar el espacio de galer\u00eda y cochera, agregando un nuevo asador, espacio de guardado y mejorar la est\u00e9tica general de la casa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project consisted of renovating the gallery and garage space, the addition of a new barbecue and storage space, and improving the overall aesthetics of the house. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A barbecue was designed back to the west, to protect the new gallery area from the afternoon sunlight, together with storage space in the garage and the gallery that protects it from the winds coming from the south.  This is in addition to a bicycle storage space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When designing the new coverage, the main decision was to generate large spans to open the new space completely towards the courtyard without visual obstacles, the same way as in the garage area, since it was necessary to widen the access to create a double garage. In terms of color, the original tone of the house was renewed by combining it with black color in the new outdoor space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general intervention was a master plan of the house with interventions in different areas, including the kitchen, where a basic design was made to work together with the Johnson equipment company later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      El proyecto consisti\u00f3 en renovar el espacio de galer\u00eda y cochera, agregando un nuevo asador, espacio de guardado y mejorar la est\u00e9tica general de la casa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un asador de espaldas al oeste, para proteger el nuevo espacio de galer\u00eda de la luz solar de la tarde, conjuntamente con un espacio de guardado para la cochera y para la galer\u00eda que protege de los vientos provenientes del sur.  A esto se suma un espacio de guardado de bicicletas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      A la hora de dise\u00f1ar la nueva cubierta, la decisi\u00f3n principal fue generar grandes luces para lograr abrir el nuevo espacio completamente hacia el patio sin obst\u00e1culos visuales, de la misma forma en el espacio de cochera, ya que era necesario ensanchar el acceso para generar una cochera doble. En cuanto al color, se renov\u00f3 el tono original de la vivienda combin\u00e1ndolo con un color negro en el espacio nuevo exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      La intervenci\u00f3n general fue un master plan de la vivienda con intervenciones en distintos espacios, incluida la cocina, en donde se realiz\u00f3 un dise\u00f1o base para luego trabajar conjuntamente con la empresa de equipamientos Johnson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
